About this Talk
Wrap up the summit with an expansive Breathwork session by Certified Breathwork Facilitator Taylor Murphy that will help you see what you’re truly capable of— and guided action planning with summit host Taylor Smith so you leave with your goals broken down into your next moves.
What you will need for breathwork:
a. A quiet space to lay down with no distractions (no kids, pets, etc. in the room)
b. Dress comfy
c. Blanket and pillow
d. Journal and pen
e. Eye covering (optional: a hand towel, eye mask, etc.)
f. Headphones
Please be prepared to have your camera on the whole time!
