Christiana Garza is an award-winning SaaS founder, Certified OBM, and operations & tech systems strategist with over a decade of experience supporting women-led businesses behind the scenes. She is the co-founder of Her Society Solutions, a software company and consulting firm helping female entrepreneurs simplify their backend, streamline the client journey, and scale without burnout.

Christiana began building her virtual assistant business in 2014, years before becoming a mom and grew it into a sustainable, systems-first model now serving hundreds of entrepreneurs and their teams. She is also the co-host of the Her Next Move podcast, where she inspires women to pursue aligned business growth in every season of life.

Through her signature CALM Method™, Christiana teaches women how to work smarter; reclaiming time, energy, and clarity in the backend of their business. She’s currently preparing to launch a mindset coaching business that supports women on transformative weight loss journeys: centering self-trust, emotional healing, and nervous system regulation as core pillars of sustainable success. She is also developing a brick & mortar co-working space for moms and caregivers, opening late 2026.

Her mission is simple: to build systems that support women; not just their work, but their whole lives.
